Deep along a winding path, lived a little girl named Scarlett. She was known for her long, bright red cloakmade of velvet so soft it tickled and her kind smile. One sunny day, Her Dear Grandmother asked Red to take some treats to her house.
Red was happy to help, and off she went, skipping down the path.
A smile lit up her face as she went, chatting with the butterflies. Along the way, she met a wily wolf who tried to trickdivert her from her destination.
Red listened carefully.
She knew better than to trust strangers and continued on her journey to Grandma's house.
Three Little Pigs and the Big Bad Wolf
Once upon a time, there lived, three little pigs. They decided to build their own houses so they could be independent. The first pig built a house out of leaves, the second pig constructed his house from sticks, and the third pig was smart to make a strong shelter out of mortar.
The wicked wolfie came along and saw the pigs' houses. He was feeling very hungry! First, he knocked on the first pig's home of leaves and shouted, "Let me in!". The little pig refused but the wolf just whooshed his breath and the home blew away. The first pig ran towards the second pig's house of sticks. The wolf hunted after him. He hit on the door and shouted, "Let me in!". The two pigs said no but the wolf just blew his breath and the house blew to pieces. The two pigs ran over to the third pig's dwelling of stone.
The wolf, who was getting frustrated, knocked on the door and said, "Let me in!". The third pig refused but the wolf just huff his breath and nothing happened! The house did not move.
The wolf, defeated, gave up the chimney. But the third pig had seen it coming and was waiting with a big pot of boiling water! The wolf jumped into the hot water and howled until he learned his lesson.
The three little pigs were victorious and lived in peace.
